A strong sense of fellowship is seen here.
Elephants and a hydraulic shovel seem to be talking about something. I wonder if the elephants seen in the distance are also their friends. We can almost hear them cry.

The shabby rusty forklift is still going...
A forklift gave all power and accomplished its life long mission. It is very heartwarming to see how this retired forklift is now nurturing new life of plants and small birds.

I used colored pencils, mechanical pencils, an eraser and ball-point pens. The girl just finished creating a masterpiece (she painted a heavy mighty machine) for the exhibition of the graduation work.
A forklift became such a beautiful piece of art. She must be feeling a sense of accomplishment. It's also nice to see the neatly folded shirt on the dresser.

I drew a forklift that works at the Showa Base at South Pole. The Antarctic observation ship "Shirase" sends supplies to the base once a year. When delivering the load to the base, a helicopter is in charge of light weighed loads while a snowmobile carries heavy stuff. It is a forklift that takes down loads off a helicopter! With its accurate and quick mobility, the forklift supports transportation of supplies.
The drawing shows how the forklift and its colleagues work well together to transport supplies to the severe condition at South Pole. The penguin seems to support their work.

The forklift is working on the shipment of boxed Mt. Fuji's.
Each packed Mt. Fuji is drawn carefully. What a unique and fun idea that the forklift is carrying boxed Mt. Fuji.

I always felt that coloring was my weak point. If someone asks me if this painting expresses what I wanted to show 100%, my answer is no. I applied the colors that came to my mind, and even though some parts don't look very pretty, I decided to leave them as is.
The impactful yellow background makes the hydraulic shovel stand out. The unique choice of colors makes it picturesque. We can feel some kind of message coming from a blooming flower in the bucket.
