do you move construction equipment to the top of a building ? |

Cranes are often used on the top of
a building. Those cranes are taken in smaller pieces first and they
get lifted by big cranes. Once all of the parts are there, they
get assembled on the top of the building. When making a new
building from the bottom, a crane called "climbing crane"
is used. It has stretchable columns and as the construction proceeds,
it adds more columns and reaches higher with the building. |
