It used to cost a lot to reclaim or recycle left over soil from pluming construction. Unlawful dumping sometimes occurred and it was becoming a social problem.

Komatsu developed a self-propelled soil recycler that could recycle soil on site after adding a fixation agent to improve the quality of soil. They successfully finalized the product after solving various problems, such as different soil quality in different regions and how to deal with soil that stuck to the machinery, one by one.

Other Equipment OPEN

There were other construction machines built by Komatsu over the years. We can see how the various designs mirrored different eras if we look at them set against the flow of history.
